Ali is dedicated to incorporating the synergy between the fascial work of Yin Yoga and the healing matrix of Sacred Sound.
The long-held static poses of Yin work with the connective tissues of the body, where energetic release and deep healing can take place.
Yin and Sound
During this special practice, the melodic, deep sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls work with the ‘sonic signature’ of our bodies. Water molecules in the fascia respond to the vibration and frequency of the bowls encouraging the body to open, release energetic blocks improve circulation, mobility and enter a state of calmness.
Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath
Sound healing isn’t just a trend—it’s proven to shift brainwave states, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and trigger the release of nitric oxide, reducing inflammation and improving circulation. Research shows that sound frequencies stimulate the vagus nerve, leading to increased production of serotonin and oxytocin—our body’s natural mood boosters. The result? Deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a reset for the nervous system.
My sound baths are carefully crafted journeys—each Tibetan bowl played with precision, intention, and heart.
With expert training and a deep understanding of how sound affects the body, mind, and spirit, I create immersive soundscapes that restore balance, calm the nervous system, and awaken your inner healing.
This is sound therapy at its most soulful and effective.
